"Clean rooms needs more toilet paper Front desk needs more staff that speak English Wi-fi is not the best Television needs more local content. Nothing about Guyana on the tv. Limited North American channels "

"The Hotel overall is very comfortable and clean and in a great location. The housekeepers came everyday and did a great job. I also felt safe during my stay. There can be some improvements on the maintenance in the rooms. The refrigerator was not cold, the bathroom sink kept flooding because the stopper did not work. My AC in the room kept getting warm and I called maintenance twice. My friend was in a room where the curtains on the windows were torn. I would still recommend the hotel because the hotel staff are very responsive if you have any complaints. "

"AC was excellent. TV access was terrible - no TV for aver 3 days and no attempt to rectify. No instructions to access the safe, again no attempt to rectify. However, overall the staff was mostly very helpful."

"My family and I would like to say a Big thank you to all the staffs, especially Devika and Rachel, they were very helpful and always willingly get us whatever we needed. Not to mention this kind young man Dillon who was always very thoughtful and kind to my mother by turning on her television and finding her channels she liked. It’s the little things like this that made our stay there feel a little like home. Our room was great, bathroom was nice and spacious. Our airport pickup and ride to the hotel was wonderful because the driver Mr Bachus, took the time to drive us around the town for a little sight seeing before taking us to the hotel. That was really a wonderful bonus. Plus great location for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. "
