"Bien y tranquilo, solo que falló el agua, con el frio que hacia nos toco tibia, pero se le hablo al personal del hotel y lo soluciono, la calefacción no sirvió, nos pusieron unos calentadores pequeños, pero no fue suficiente"

"Manuel and the staff were nice and helpful. Just take note that the airport shuttle service is not totally free of charge contrary to what’s posted online. The free shuttle is a shared service with other hotels. There’s a charge if it’s private. Also, some tour companies may not pick you up or drop off from/ to this hotel even they say they do. "
