"Excellent hotel a few minutes walk from the centre of Bowness on Windermere. All the staff we met were helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable and well appointed. We used the Spa pool and sauna. The breakfast had everything you could possibly wish for."

"The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views overlooking Lake Windermere. The staff are lovely, efficient, and professional- we were even allowed to check in early and received a wonderful room upgrade on arrival!
A few small improvements would make the experience even better:
Cleanliness- There were a few spiderwebs on our ceiling that were missed during room prep.

"Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was not able to have breakfast as I needed to leave early, but the staff were great and sent me on my way with a packed lunch.
Couldn't recommend highly enough!"
