"Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed."

"After staying in small hotels in Paris and London, the oversized room and bathroom were an absolute delight. Very clean. The bar off the lobby was fun. Great cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The location of the hotel was PERFECT. We loved the short drive to the castle, pubs, and restaurants."

"The property was certainly unique for its history. It is well appointed and the staff is great - respectfully engaging! If you needed something - they were there. The room options were great and the Bellinter Express was especially nice. The food was very good and plate presentation excellent."

"Nanny's is a very nicely renovated property. We stayed in a family room that offered a USA queen size bed and a bunk bed that had a double and single. The room was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space and we had a kettle with coffee and tea options in the room. We had on-site parking available that was included in the price of the room. The food at the pub was good and we got to enjoy live music the first night of our stay. It was very busy that night but I still got good...

"That’s a very cute little place, no directions at all on how to turn on different things like the TV or the stove or any of the Kitchen things that would’ve been nice to have but eventually figured it out. It was clean, quiet and a cute little place in the country."

"A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is excellent, with genuinely warm and attentive service throughout. The leisure centre attached to the hotel is fantastic and was a real bonus during our stay. The food was also excellent—beautifully presented —and I loved the spray vinegar for fish and chips. All topped off with great service. Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would happily return and would thoroughly recommend the hotel."
