"I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
Upon arrival, I asked a member of staff what time parking enforcement on the road outside began, as I was concerned about my car being clamped. I was told that clamping started at 9:00 a.m. However, at no point was I informed that there was no underground or alternative hotel parking available. This information would have been very helpful when planning my stay.
I was also disappointed with the room itself. The room was very small and, despite the warm weather, there was no air conditioning available. This made the room uncomfortable during my stay.
In addition, I ordered room service and was only informed about the €5 room service charge after placing my order. I believe this charge should have been clearly communicated before the order was taken.
There were also a number of issues with my food and drink order. When my order arrived, butter was missing. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it added to an already disappointing experience. Later, I requested ice but was given water instead. My partner then went down to collect ice personally, believing this would be the quickest way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the service remained confusing and inconsistent.
