"Good size bedroom with good amenities. However, no air con and some rooms very warm with restricted ventilation. Food and drink are at normal prices and grounds very nice for short walk. All staff pleasant and helpful but obvious a lot of new staff with limited information."

Our room was on the far end of the hotel, which for a short one night stay, seemed unnecessary. "Für meinen Preis war das Hotel viel zu teuer. Die Zimmer sind massiv in die Jahre gekommen, sodass es den heutigen Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels aus meiner Sicht nicht erfüllt. Von den Zimmern war ich sehr enttäuscht. Alleine, dass man 3 mal die Zimmerkarte neu beschreiben musste ist schon nervig. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war aber gut. Als man morgens einmal frühstücken wollte, war das Buffet nur spärlich gefüllt. So war ich es nicht gewohnt von einem 4 Sterne Hotel."

"Rooms, lodges and restaurants outstanding. Food was wonderful. Our server at the Barton Grill was brilliant! This is a 5 star property and overall lived up to that. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste."
