"The general condition of the hotel was poor and it just seemed cold and dirty with a lack of pride taken in the hotels building and the guest rooms. The Hotel room was very warm, it seemed like the heating was constantly on as the radiators were always very hot and it never felt like they were getting cooler . You couldn't sleep at night it was like a sauna. We tried to move the temperature setting on the wall gauge in our room but the gauge started to constantly make a ticking noise every 2...

"Good hotel, large bedroom with walk in shower and quality towels in bathroom. Not much of a view from bedroom but very comfortable. Breakfast pretty good with range of fruit, cereal, continental and cooked options. There is also a supermarket next door for a great range of additional essentials."

"Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. "
