Walk over and scan the card so we can go up. And we asked for an extra toothbrush as our luggage was lost and the desk person said something like you can buy a better one someplace else. No it's been a long day and I just want to brush my teeth! Lol. I would have insisted, especially since we paid €542 due to no rooms being available last minute, but my husband didn't want to complain. And then we found one in the room. Just super weird. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
