"Wonderful historic property, well maintained and being updated as we were there. While not being air conditioned was understood, was surprised at how hot the room got - small sea facing window didn’t really allow the room to cool off even though days were only 24 C and nights were down to 15-18 C. Lovely location - both the hotel location and the Sutton/Howth area."

"The staff were great! They took good care of us during our stay. We enjoyed the food, the dinner entertainment was fun for the whole family, and we loved the coffee and ice cream vendors offered outside during the day. We had some trouble with communication regarding our bookings despite multiple emails back and forth. The only thing we couldn't correct was not having the right number of beds, but we made due. The room itself was alright, but the bathroom was not so good. Had some mold, toilet...
