"Would have given five stars but there was a noisy neighbor that the front desk night shift didn’t deal with at 2am. Day shift didn’t even know that there was an issue."

"The hotel is very nice, the staff was over the top accommodating. The basic rooms are super small but when visiting Ireland, you hopefully won’t be spending much time in your room! The hotel is perfectly located for walking to pretty much everywhere. I would recommend it for your trip"

"The staff at Dublin One are just wonderful. No one-site parking but street parking and nearby parking available. I didn’t find the room too small as others have mentioned. It was cool enough that a/c wasn’t necessary. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but ok. Now, what I loved: the outstanding staff, the excellent breakfast, the room layout, ability to charge devices, nice bathroom with supplied shampoo, soaps that smelled wonderful and their themed products. "We booked it for the advertised roof terrace. It had been closed down for some time I did broach this as an equally good hotel was almost €200 cheaper. It advertised the only roof terrace but I feel that was missold to us and thought it should have been dealt with The Sophie restaurant is ok"
