The second room in the middle of the night water started dripping from the ceiling into the bathtub. Only had one elevator operating throughout our entire state and various ice machines were not working. We understand that it’s slotted for remodeling and now we know why."

"The food was why I took off a star. Buffet same every day and not all That appealing but the reserve sushi and especially the Italian was dreadful. The Italian was below average ranging to actually not edible. From crunchy gnocchi soup to stale sprinkle on mushy tiramisu. Not good at all. Don't do it if you are going to serve tiny portions that are gross."

"We had an amazing experience at Arenal Observatory. The staff was super friendly and bilingual. They even left special treats in our room for us :D Transportation was easily accessible and the trails were beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food and has a great view! I highly recommend booking the shared casona. The rooms were spacious and clean and it has a small observation deck right next to the entrance! My only complaint is I wish there was a microwave and fridge...
