Cari Hotel di Costa Rica

"No Soap for the Shower. Food was very Bland."

"Great vacation destination"

"This resort lived up to our expectations. It was more expensive than other places, but they lived up to the expectation and went above and beyond in many different areas. We went for a honeymoon and they gave us many upgrades and made our experience really special. Food prices are high, but if you’re smart, you can still enjoy your time and pick some lower cost items that are fantastic."

"Room had air-conditioning but all the lights and ari condoning didnt work in the morning so it was super hot. No water bottles provided and the water from the taps in the room were either warm or hot so no cold water to drink. The shuttle was pretty inconsistent and the stops had little to no shade. Food was okay, the French toast wasn't cooked all the way through and a small selection of choices. The beach was lovely."

"Pools were excellent"

"Tiene todo para pasar unas vacaciones súper en familia, el club de Río es super conveniente porque no te tienes que desplazar y sus actividades son muy divertidas, además de tener las aguas termales en el mismo hotel, las albercas son muy lindas, con espacios muy románticos, en el hotel puedes ver fauna además de su área que tienen de animales rescatados , la vista al volcán es espectacular y el personal en general muy atento. Muy recomendable,"

"Staff were great! Amazing service"

"Absolutely beautiful property! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They responded promptly to any questions I had and guided me through everything throughout my stay. The only downside that made the experience a little frustrating was the locals selling items on the beach. Even after repeatedly telling them “no, thank you,” they continued to pressure you to buy something. If you walked away, they would sometimes follow you. I completely understand that they are trying to make a...

"We had a great time here, everyone was friendly and helpful. Our pool side bartender Ceaser was the best!! The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. They even gave us fun designs with our blankets! Food was delicious and they were very accommodating. Very relaxing and family friendly atmosphere"

"Everything was great!. Except for being harassed on the beach since it was public to everyone it seemed. But it was a Great relaxing paradise with animals (monkeys ) all over. not much todo at night tho. (Lacked entertainment and night life or shows). But it Definitely worth the price, the staff and bartenders were great! I was a little disappointed in there not being a 24/7 sports bar but luckily we found everything we wanted to watch on the few TVs they had and in the room. No hot tub...

"Checking was easy and we felt welcomed by the staff. There is security everywhere so always felt very safe. Our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was fine but there was no handheld in the shower and the bathtub has a high ledge. They are very strict about their towels and are careful to explain we would be charged if any went missing. I get it, but the pool towels get wet quickly and never dry so I wasn’t exactly sure what to do with those. Parking was easy and free. The food at the...
