"This was our first stay at a B&B and were amazed at how great the experience was. Ian was an excellent host, looked after us very well. "The quality and comfort food etc was excellent but my disappointment at check-in was paying a 3,5 % surcharge because I was paying by a cash card ( not even Amex or Diners) especially when Hotels .com guarantees the amount you pay at the time of booking This surcharge should be on the booking details. I have booked Hotels in Italy where they state payment in cash only no cards"
