Location in Providencia is near Tobalaba metro station, shopping at Costanera and MUT shopping centers, and several excellent independent restaurants."

"Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"

"Fresh breakfast, safe parking, safe area, gas station nearby as well as restaurants and coin exchange places. Great staff, and service. Clean rooms. I traveled with my family. Recommended but this hotel will not allow 4 adults in a room. Even if the room has two queen beds and a sofa bed. "

"This is the wierdest stay of this level that I may have ever had. The location is amazing. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. Bedss are fine. But the bathroom... The bathroom is a DISTASTER. There is ONE light in the hallway (!) that goes for hallway, shower and toilet... and there's a transparent piece of plastic between that and the bed. If that were not enough, the tiles in toilet and shower are black. It's like being in a bunker. When using the sink, the light is above your head...

"We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have great views, and housekeeping is prompt and excellent (especially Jazmin). "

"Hotel se aprecia mejor en las fotos que en la realidad, priorizan espacios como terrazas y restaurant para eventos que huespedes. Aseo habitacion tarde, volvi a las 16:00 hrs y aún no realizaban limpieza, recepcion poco empatica, no hay estacionamiento fuera ni para recogida..no volvería.."
