"Great hotel in Providencia Area, which is clean and safe. Huge room with comfortable bed. Nice little pool area, with amazing views of cerro Sant Cristobal and snow covered Andean mountains. Minor negatives: When we tried the rooftop restaurant, they were out of half the options on the menu, so not great. Also grumpy husband complained about lukewarm tea water in the breakfast buffet! All in all would definitely come back. "

"Det här hotellet blev ett av de bästa som vi bodde på, under vår tre veckor långa roadtrip runtom i Chile. Lunchbuffén får fem av fem, det fanns mycket att välja på där! Middagen var utmärkt, frukosten likaså. På rummet var det tyst och svalt, personalen talar hyfsad engelska. Tranferservicen var toppen!"

"Rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Having mall access through elevator is a plus. Access is complicated however...Uber drivers dont want to pick up from entrance. There is a 2 car drop off, but usually occupied by taxi cabs. Garage entrance is through different street with heavy traffic...the whole setup is a bit confusing at first, but a minor issue in comparison to all the pluses."
