"A restaurant and bar was part of the facility, but the menu was limited and breakfast was NOT included. A surprise was the $10/vehicle/day parking charge. This for a hotel with nothing but space all around it. Since we were using this for a meet up - we got to pay $20 for parking for one room! Another Marriott in the same town was $30 more, but included breakfast and FREE parking. We will NOT be staying at Delta Hotels again!"

"I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

The front desk attendant had a seriously bad attitude, treated me like an inconvenience, and told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes before she could check me in. "Hotel was under construction in the main floor areas. This was not noted on website when I booked the hotel. We arrived after 8pm and workers ere still working, Hanging pictures and laying flooring. Room was ok, clean but not newly renovated. Breakfast was minimal (egg bites, bagels, and waffles). Hotel put an extra $100 hold/charge on my credit card for incidentals. I didn’t realize until I checked my credit card the next day. I called the hotel and asked about the charge. She said they had...

"I was very surprised and disappointed. I booked with Dominion Hotel not expecting much but a decent place to just sleep and shower and it was close to the airport . But upon checking in, I felt instant regret and awkwardness because I didn’t expect to see what I was seeing. I guess I overlooked the pictures or assumed it couldn’t be that bad when I booked it.
