"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. "Overall our experience was great! Check in and check out was fast. They do have currency exchange if you need. I would definitely recommend the breakfast on site as there is an abundance of choices for all. The hotel is located walking distances from the beach. "The resort is beautiful. The beach and water are beautiful too. Great service, beautiful view from my room. Highly recommended. Cons? It’s Cartagena, it means happiness, music, warmth people, smiles. I know it’s a French hotel, but hello, the hotel is in Colombia. Tourists want to feel their culture. "Rápido servicio, amabilidad del personal excelente, muy limpio y punto céntrico a 2 minutos caminando a Provenza donde encuentras varios lugares de comer y recreativos. Adicional a ser un lugar perfecto para llevar un bebé ya que me ofrecieron cuna en la habitación sin costo adicional. Silencioso y donde puedes descansar sin interrupciones. En fin, perfecto!!! "
