"It was good but the booking system is not. The hotel claimed that my reservation had not yet confirmed hence I was waiting for an hour before they allowed me to enter my room. However, the internet connection is surprisingly good."

"Perfect hotel location for shopaholic. Used to stay for four nights, breakfast was superb. All staff are really friendly. Unfortunately found a lot of stain in bed and towel."

"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"
