From the time we got there, the receptionist, Arri, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and were taken care of. This will be our go to spot anytime we go to The Highlands. "

"The room was super clean. Everything smelled amazing. Only hiccup we had was ran putta hot water. It said it was a point of interest hw heater but i showered then wofe jumped in. She was half way and it went cold. For about 2 hours we kept checking. Finally at 1am it came back and all was right again lol. We had a good laugh. Also hot tub was clean and preheated which is amazing. "
