"The rooms were clean but you could see that this property is older. The staff was nice and friendly. They did accidentally mistake one of our towels as theirs. It was very hot and humid outside so the air ran the entire time of our stay. This property was fine for a 2 night stay without shelling out major money to stay in the center of town."

"It was our first time visiting and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. There is plenty of parking, including a large covered parking garage. We reserved a room in the Valley Tower. It was modern, elegant and clean. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The casino is nice and offers all of the typical gaming options. We aren't really gamblers, but had some fun playing the slots. There only a few restaurant options and they are somewhat expensive. We ate lunch at the food court (which is very convenient) and dinners in downtown Murphy (which is only a few minutes away). All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would return."

"The property was developed well but buildings are old. Outside decks are recently remodeled I think. Outdoor furniture are mostly brand new. Creek areas are designed with colorful LEDs so it's beautiful at night. Creeks are not deep but rocks are covered with mosses so very slippery. Staffs are very kind. In the map that was inside of house said there is a laundry room but it's not."
