"I’m going to tell you about planet Hollywood restaurant I stay at planet Hollywood because I love that 24 hour restaurant but I will not be eating there anymore. We went in like at 11:30 and the server or the person taking our order so there was no desserts, but yet we saw people getting desserts And in the morning we cannot get a elevator, but otherwise, I still love planet Hollywood"

"Check in is confusing due to practically no staff at check in because you need to do it yourself. I have yet to get a receipt of my check out and I did it as I was told and I was charged more than agreed during my booking. The tower is very old but room was clean. Bathroom was clean but limited towels. The elevator system is so strange that causes people to be sardines together because only one out of the 8 works at a time. The kids area is so nice and eye catching. It just needs to be better staffed. More people, staff to help out and direct visitors."

"This was definitely an oasis in the desert! The room was fresh, modern and spacious. The soaking tub was an added bonus. The amenities were ample. Wish we had more time to spend there. We will definitely be back. Only criticism was that the food was definitely overpriced."

"Bathroom was not very clean upon check in. Otherwise room was fine. Brewed coffee tasted bad, but Americano was good. Draft beer at sports book was not cold. Lots of dining options."
