"Stayed off strip for a few nights to try something different.very nice hotel but to me was missing a few details..same games througout the casino...food was ok not what I expected..our room was a little warm (it was set at 60) and never got above 74. We did get a fan brought to our room by housekeeping after asking but did not want to deal with having to switch rooms...they did offer to get someone to come look at it...I declined..the fan helped some. The bathroom drainage was very noisy. If...

"The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two double beds a month ago and when I checked in they didn’t have enough so we were moved to a room with a king bed and a roll away bed. Roll away beds are not comfortable!! The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal and and acted as if I should go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy. I told them I was coming from out of state and it was already 4:30 by then so of course I’d have to suck it up and take the room. They were so dismissive...

"Love the property, 3rd time staying there, the staff is always very helpful, however, the floors in our rooms were swept but not mopped, the bottom of my white socks were absolutely filthy. The living room really needed to be washed.
We are good guests never cause problems but this time we were very disappointed."
