"房屋面對海灘，環境優美。 屋内佈置優雅，廚房用具設備齊全(有部份餐具污糟)。 缺點:正木門門匙是壊的，要用玻璃正門進入房屋，廁所門匙已破爛了(曾經有住客人提及過，到我們入住時，還沒維修，還是個問題)。屋內衛生環境差，地氈污糟廚房地面很多污糟灰塵，枱面有灰塵，沖涼房有頭髮剩下，業主還要收取我們AUD200清潔費，真的不合理，房間沒有清潔妥當，沒有維修壞件，就給給客人便用，真不合理。 還沒有枱面紙巾給住客使用，擺放櫃內有部份調味料是過期的。 最重要一事要提及，屋內電源有問題，常有電源突然停電問題，要重開關掣才有電源使用，真使人擔憂，如果沒有有關電源智識的人，真不知如何處理問題，試想沖涼時沒有電源。 缺點："

It’s a character-filled property with stunning views from the Charles Fox Room. We enjoyed uninterrupted privacy, with no check-in formalities and no housekeeping interruptions. We were simply left to relax and reset. The shared pantry was lovely and it felt like home. This will be our place to stay whenever we’re in Hobart."

I booked it because we were getting in too late to drive and it was both close to the airport and reasonably priced, but I kind of wished I'd stayed there longer. The space was small but well designed, the kitchen was the best stocked one I'd seen our whole trip. The bed was super comfortable. I was a little nervous about not having staff on hand to check in after 5pm, but the afterhours check in went off without a hitch. Really recommend it to...

"The location was great and perfect for families. Would be ideal in warmer months. There was a great little outdoor space for eating and we were positioned across from the pool. The only downside was the bathroom was a little on the small side and shower was awkward to use."
