"Nice Stay at Quality Inn, Clackamas! Excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very clean and stocked with toiletries! It was quiet and easy to park! Best of all, a tasty breakfast and hot coffee! I will definitely stay again when I am in Portland!"

"The room was spectacular! It was surprisingly large and spacious, with plenty of counter space around the microwave and refrigerator area. This was such a nice feature—we had plenty of room to put our food away and still have space to spread out and work on the counter. There was even a nice little sink in that area. The sleeping area was comfortable as well, although the TV seemed a little small for such a large room. The room is definitely a bit older and shows some wear, but honestly, that didn’t matter to us at all. The spaciousness and comfort more than made up for it. I even did my sock test! I walked around the room in my stocking feet. I was pleasantly surprised that my socks stayed their color. The floor was so clean! Too many hotels I go to with linoleum flooring my feet turned black from all the dirt. Thank you thank you thank you for keeping your rooms spotless. The only downside for us was that pets aren’t allowed. We have two ESA cats who would have loved to travel with us! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, spacious, and felt like a great place to relax. Don’t worry—we’ll probably be back soon!"

"We drove 5 hours to attend a wedding in the area. We chose this property based on prior experience. One reason for choosing this was the hot tub - really needed it afrer the drive and wedding activities! When we checked in we verified the hot tub was working. Oh yes it's fine. Nope - when we went down to check it out - nope! Nice sign saying it was out of service !!! Nice! Went backt9 desk clerk and see was surprised - then contacted maintenance.- but didn't really pursue it. The next day another desk clerk clerk was there and we asked again - she was unaware that it wasnt working! The difference was she took the issue seriously and pursued the maintenance guy - then gave us update each time we saw her. It never was working our entire stay - feel we should have been compensated in some way. The breakfast was good - clean are - fresh items. Definite felt the hotel management/ownership needs to improve their internal comunications!!"

"The staff was SO amazing and accommodating!!! We had to evacuate a through hike, on Mount Hood, due to a storm. We came in soaking wet, freezing and pretty miserable. The staff were so friendly, immediately offered a hot beverage, clean robes, laundry detergent to clean our clothes. They went over and beyond. The suite was more than what we had expected. Loved the property."
