"If I could give ten stars on this review, I will. Mark from the Concierge Desk went above and beyond to ensure I enjoy my stay at the hotel as well as my trip in Chile. I unfortunately lost my cellphone at the Santiago airport before boarding my flight to Puerto Natales. After arriving at Singular Patagonia late in the afternoon, I asked for help to buy a new phone before going to the park on the second day. "Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon. The staff was especially polite and helpful. It looks like they are repainting the exterior, which must take a beating from the wind and rain."
