"Lovely "

"Driving up to this hotel it definitely had the wow factor. Reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and provided a very high level of customer service. The room itself was beautiful very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Evening meal was beautiful and so was breakfast. The only downfall is that this was a short overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning "

"Hotel was amazing. Only issue we had was the bedding and towels smelt like they had been in the kitchen whilst cooking. Perfect otherwise "

"This is the second time of staying at Indigo. Its a nice hotel and conveniently located. They offer a discounted rate at the nearby NCP. The bed springs are a bit uncomfortable but overall the room was lovely."

"The staff was so friendly. They upgraded our rooms and stored our luggage after checking out. The Beatles theme is so fun. Just around the corner to the Cavern which was fun. It was also an easy walk to the Magical Mystery Tour bus. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent stay as usual. Staff are very well trained and deliver excellent service. There was an issue with our aircon and they weren’t sure how long it would take to fix so they moved us to an equivalent room with no trouble or hesitation at all. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, the cleaning and gardening staff must work very hard. We’re only down the road in Liverpool, but try and pop over to doubletree Chester a couple of times a year for special occasions."

"We had a lovely stay, breakfast was brilliant. The room needed attention as several things needing to repaired or replaced. Also simple things need changing for example the television is too low to view from the bed, this is only something little but would be very easy to resolve. Lovely staff and a great location."
