"The size of the room is big, and it has bay windows which kids enjoyed. The staff there weren't necessarily friendly. The front desk staff forgot to give us breakfast vouchers and we ended up paying for it. The front door staff next days refused to refund the breakfast full despite I paid for two when I booked the hotel. They refunded one person. That wasn't a pleasant experience.

"The locks on the doors had the covers off of them. The "Breakfast Bar" was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and Nutrigrain bars. The only protein was some prepackaged boiled eggs and mini yogurts.
The room was clean. The wifi was "free," but you have to pay extra for wifi with any speed. You have to ask for kitchen gear.
The hotel is designed for people staying multiple days. As I was only staying for one night, I don't think I was the desired demographic."
