"The location is very good as it is near the
beach and dining.
I stayed there about a year ago and it was much cleaner then. My slippers were black on the bottom after 2 days walking on the floors in the unit. There was also a big mold stain on the shower curtain. "

beach were like nothing I’ve seen. I saw dolphins on the
beach and kayaked in the canal on the other side and a dolphin swam right next to my kayak for 5 minutes. I want to go back!"

"Joe was very nice and helpful.
Cottage was average. Bed was comfortable. No bugs ;) Everything works,TVs & appliances.
Accommodating for our 2 dogs.
The pool was within walking steps from the cottage door.
Coffee/breakfast shop right next door. Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Lunch Box across the road. 10-15 min drive to Manasota Key,
Beach & the state park and other nice restaurants.
Property was being cleaned up from the storms, def making progress.

"They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature."
