"Disappointing Stay, Poor Cleanliness and Service Our family’s stay at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites was very disappointing. The room had worn-out sofas and chairs, a blocked bathroom sink that was only fixed on the second day, and an unclean floor drain. "Room was really comfortable and cosy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking available next door in a public park, staff advised they could take a payment but thought it was cheaper to pay directly at the park, but unfortunately when I got down to leave the parking lot charged me $53 for an overnight stay. So my only suggestion would he to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise, great location, clean, comfy and modern hotel. Would stay again."

"Staff were able to satisfy all my requests and changd plans. Great location."

"Clean room. Central location"

"No comments. It was comfortable "

"The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time."

"Very nice location and nice service! Highly recommended!"

"Clean room, pool was nice, towels were fresh, bed and pillows were really nice however breakfast buffet was expensive - $50 per person is not reasonable"

"Very nice and close to most things"
