"Stayed 3 nights and room was not serviced at all-had to ask for toilet paper. Staff more interested in their mobile phones Breakfast was passable just. Very good location saved the day!! "

"We arrived in the early evening and as we made the booking online there was no need to complete the normal registration process. The first impressions of the facility was welcoming and the resort appeared to be comfortable and very relaxing. The staff was very welcoming. We were showed to our room which was located near the reception area. Upon reaching the room we first noticed a musky odor coming from the room, the smell of a room that has been very damp but not allowed to air out and dry...

"เกือบจะดีหมดทุกอย่าง ขอตินิดเดียว ตอนไปเช็คอินได้รับกุญแจขึ้นไปเปิดห้อง เจอห้องใช้แล้วยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยแจ้งพนง เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ ได้ห้องติดกับถนน เสียงดังมากแทบไม่ได้นอน ดีมีเคอร์ฟิวมาช่วยไว้หน่อย ตี3 รถกลับมาวิ่ง ที่เหลือดีหมด อาหารเช้าเยี่ยม มีโอกาสกลับไปพักอีก"

"The staff were great, polite and attentative.. the food at the beach side reastuant was exellent.. The wife wanted a wine for dinner but the onky thing they were serving was beer.. Im not a drinker, but if you have it on a menu, then you should be serving it. Otherwise dont put it on the menu.."
