"Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. They helped me rent a scooter when we checked in and they delivered it within 5 minutes. Location is across the street from a 7-11 and a nice steakhouse and other hotels right nearby that were all fun and the area was very nice. Definitely happy I chose this hotel for my stay...we liked it so much we stayed an extra day to relax and enjoy =)"

"We had a fantastic stay in one of the beach villas. The beautiful beach with the surf was a stunning sight right from our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Most of all, we really enjoyed the sumptuous dinner at the White Box restaurant. Highly recommended. "

"Cannot beat the location, you walk right onto the beach. Awesome place!"

"Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war herausragend. Zimmer ruhig, Klimaanlage sehr gut; keine Stechmücken. Deshalb konnte man Balkontür nachts getrost offenlassen. 24Std Zugang zu Kaffee, Tee, Ovomaltine. In der Nähe tolle Restaurants mit beispielsweise Spezialität Ente oder Hot Pot vietnamesisch. Die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hübsch entlang des Flusses mit kleinen hippen, einheimischen Kneipen. Es wird kaum Englisch gesprochen, aber auch das macht ja den Reiz des Reisens aus. "Although we enjoyed our stay here the overall impression of the hotel is that it really needs updating. The rooms were tired, with many issues such as dated curtains that were either open or closed. As we had a ground floor beach front villa this gave little/no privacy if the curtains were open. Net type curtains in the main bedroom at least would have improved this. The air-conditioning, although worked well, broke down whilst we were staying and leaked lots of water onto the bedroom...

"Amazing Villa with access directly to the Beach. The resort was well presented, clean and spacious well set out. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of both Western and Thai dishes. Villa was always kept spotless, thank you to the Housekeeping staff. Groundsteam did a fantastic job, cleaning up the beach every morning and also around the resort."

"On arrival we had to hunt for a person to check us in. The first impression was walking into a dirty office with a two feet high pile of dirty laundry. Room was ok very hard bed. Breakfast was not wonderful. The staff away not very friendly. Cleaning your room was two water and a roll of toilet paper. Room was never cleaned. Place needs some TLC. "

"Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there. You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel. All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect."
