"Worst, saw 4-5 rooms and all were having dirty bedsheets and pillows. Didn’t replace bedsheets on the request. Still stayed thinking only need to spend 5-6 hours to sleep. Then cockroache came and vacated it. Stayed only 15 mins. No help from Expedia. Neither Expedia nor Hotel returned the money."

"NIGHTMARE. In every way. Dirty, LOUD, uncomfortable, unsafe area. Room was dirty, no hot water, uncomfortable dirty linen bed, pathetic pillows. No dark-out drapes as advertised. Ceiling had a pulsing LED light throughout the night and loud ceiling fan. Room door key fob was broken to put key in room wall slot to start electricity, they told me to use a breaker box with switches on hallway wall to turn room power on. VERY old and beat/up building with ZERO quiet. Staff and their friends...

"Excellent appointed rooms. Beautiful Heritage Building. Great bed and shower. Value for money. Loved the breakfast. On a small street..access by Taxi or Tuk Tuk but not buses. Would definitely stay there again. Value for money."
