"99% of the staff was wonderful and super friendly. The beach and rooms were great and everything worked well. Not the fault of the hotel, but it might be good to have a policy that patrons don’t “reserve” front row beach chairs at 6:30am and never show back up until noon. I’m an early riser and still had trouble finding a front row beach chair. Pool bar was great and loved the live music and fun games. My only suggestion would be to reduce the cost of the floaties and you’d rent more....

We had a very poorly maintained suite with peeling wallpaper, dirty light switches, no closet or dresser in the main bedroom and no bedding for the sofa bed.
