Gardens and pools are so well maintained. It's like being in a luxury New York hotel but just foot steps away from seven mile...

"I was not able to go on my vacation because of a serious medical condition.I lost 3000 dollars because of a no refund policy. Unacceptable."

"The hotel was basic but nice and clean. Rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms were not cleaned well on daily basis. The first day only the trash was emptied, the other days were a bit better. The best benefit of this hotel was that it was associated with Westin across the street and we could use their amenities with our Sunshine hotel bracelets, which was fantastic."

"Housekeeping is only provided once every 6 nights. They do not replace coffee pods in the room. We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. Prices were very high for food and drink however the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel rooms were outdated. Pools were very small. I would not stay there again."

"The water from sink in bathroom has a bad smell. Toilet bowl has also some type of bad smell. But room is clean and organized. Breakfast foods great staffs are friendly. Wish the beach is not rocky "

"The new drier ruined some of our clothes. It gets too hot. That was confirmed by the maintenance person. We took the clothing items to the office and after much back and forth, the manager said they would not reimburse us for our ruined items. So a huge disappointment there "

"The property is conveniently located close to the airport, which made the transfer very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. This trip was our babymoon, and they added some really thoughtful touches, including non-alcoholic drinks in the room and even a pregnancy pillow, which I really appreciated. My husband made great use of the spa every day. It had amazing cold plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool area...

"Beautiful place with covered parking. Elevator, ice box, and equipped kitchen made this a great stay. Great host! Ten minute drive to Seven Mile Beach, highly recommend. "

"Great property located in Grand Cayman's tranquil east end. There's quite a bit of noisy construction ongoing, but otherwise a wonderful place to practice a bit of needed escapism."
