"I like the hotel but for 5 star hotel there should be more options of restaurants. Only one outdoor restaurant with not enough main course options. Other people felt the same way. We stayed last year here and the menu options were much better. "

"Great visit. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. I recommend the room service menu in particular. Valet parking is the rule, and we had our car in minutes when requesting it. We were just below the rooftop restaurant on the ninth floor, so the thump from the base could be heard a bit when they played dance music, but it wasn't overly intrusive, and it shut down by midnight. The pool is nice. We went to the beach one day, and found out it's not a good idea to hold onto the ropes marking the swimming area. You get crabs. Lots and lots of tiny crabs. Other than that, it was a great visit. I highly recommend the hotel."

"Cleaned everyday, view is not as good as it faces the ritz beach and side very noisy and busy with trucks whenever there are events on the beach. Would be nice to leave a few jugs of water ( drinkable tap water but made us all have upset stomach so not great to drink) nice to have beach chairs umbrellas and fresh beach towels.. nice beach "

"Staying at Vida was like staying at someone’s gorgeous vacation home. It is small enough that all the staff know you and the culture is to go out of their way to be courteous and helpful. The front desk staff helped us select dinner places, snorkeling places and even provided a beach blanket and snorkel gear. The restaurant has some of the best quality and value on the island- we felt like we were in someone’s kitchen. The yoga instructor was excellent. The room was large and immaculate- the housekeeper arranged our toiletries and coordinated with the front desk when we were eating so they never interrupted our schedule. Our only gripe is the beach isn’t very swimmable because it’s quite rocky and the waves are big- but it is a beautiful walk and you can see the kite surfers. The rooster does start making noise in the morning but we were able to get back to sleep and accept that roosters are a part of the Grand Cayman experience. We loved our stay at VIDA! "

"Really excellent service. Host took a lot of pride in giving me a tour. Very quiet after a long day of escapades. Was also very lucky to get an upgrade from the host all while remaining very affordable. The place to stay in your next visit. Did I mention there's a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a lake pond to complete the view. I suppose I just did. So book now if you haven't. "
