All in all a good experience, with one big exception (later below). The property was clean, staff was really great, happy, friendly, great service, and a really good value compared to the other nearby resorts. Restaurant was really good and they have a pool bar. The pool area is really nice. What rubbed me the wrong way, is the political stance that Hilton and especially the Hampton brand. I had 3 TVs in my 2BR suite and none had Fox News, even though it is more popular than any other news service. Rest assured, they had CNN and even Al-Jazerra, but no Fox News. Maybe this sounds nitpicky, but when corporations try to force their politics down your throat, even through subtle tactics like this, it really turns me off. If you want to be "diverse" for an American hotel chain, then be fair to all sides and have all the major networks on. Enough said.

Loved the ladies in the breakfast lounge. Gladys was amazing always attentive. Ask for soy milk and you will get it every day. Pool was nice. Beach access was fine. The price was right.

Excellent 2 night stay! Ish at the front desk was superb. Breakfast was included which was a nice feature. Happy hour snacks every afternoon. Shuttle would take you anywhere, although the location was perfect for us to be able to walk to local restos, Camana Bay. Room was very clean and met our needs. Beach access was perfect for us - staying here was actually closer walk to the gorgeous sandy beach than at some larger properties such as the Ritz. There are limited beach chairs (maybe 36 or so) but we didn’t have any issues getting chairs. Pool area is very cute/ Instagram worthy. On site restaurant Mrs Piper’s was very good! Overall we would return!

Staff were professional and helpful. WIFI was strong. Suggestions for the rooms are: Need good coffee and more of it, need dish towel/dish soap so we can wash the dishes during the day. Strongly suggest that you put in a towel drying/clothes line to dry beach clothes. Room did not have a view and was on the back of the air conditioning units.

This hotel was very close to so many good things the staff and the accommodations and the grounds were great. The beach was great! However, if you’re traveling to the Cayman Islands from the United States after fees and tips our dollar approx. 50 on everything not the Hotel fault but it’s something to think about. Also in the last 15 years a lot hotels got together annd said. “Resort fee” and there was a $41 resort fee every day. It was probably in the fine print somewhere. And the 15% service fee on all dining and drinks go back to Corporate and the servers get none of that so you need to give them nice tips so basically you’re gonna be paying a 30% tip on everything that is a beautiful island

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They work hard to accommodate you. The rooms are clean and roomy. The restaurant has a nice variety of offerings with great entertainment . The beach is small but uncrowded. The shuttle service between the mall and 7 Mile Public Beach and the hotel is very convenient.

The room was spacious and bright and comfortable. Lively decor and view. The staff especially Ismail at reception and Gladys at the breakfast room were super friendly and helpful. Shower as per other people’s reviews was a bit awkward as a lot of water sprayed out to the floor and door. Not a very efficient design. Breakfast was tasty and quite a variety of food offered. Ms Piper’s was nice. Most Of the staff lovely, one a bit grumpy but everyone can have a bad day i guess. Overall, great. Location was perfect and lots of places to eat and drink close by. 20min walk to Camana Beach and a big supermarket so that is an added bonus. And resort fees which are charged extra as is US customary includes a pick-up and drive to some beaches and camana bay. We would definitely stay there again!
