"Loved it all"

"The entire resort was phenomenal. The rooms were clean and spacious, the restaurants were fantastic, and the pools were relaxing. Each pool has a different temperature and you can find one that fits your needs. The resort had a great view of the volcano as well. We stayed here the last 3 days and it was the perfect end to our trip."

"Very disappointing stay. This hotel charges five star prices but delivers a three star experience at best. The property is old and poorly maintained, and the staff were consistently rude and dismissive whenever we needed help. Our room key stopped working two days in a row, and the front desk acted as if it was no big deal. At checkout, another guest had the exact same issue, and the staff simply laughed it off. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The cold cuts appeared spoiled, there were bugs...

"Property is beautiful and luxurious. Our vacation included The Springs, Nayara, mi Amor, Tabacon. Liked...the big rooms with view of volcano from bed. The vast manmade pools as well as the water slide are highlights like a waterpark. The activity center seems engaging, we didn't do many besides the big cat feeding. It was a spectacular experience seeing with the animals. What we didn't like... feels like staff here was lacking around the pool area and never left their bar nest. Also compared...

"Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the swim up bars. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have an adults only area. Even though there is a kids pool, we found that older kids would often come up to the areas of the swim up bars. A place to enjoy a drink and relax without the presence of loud teens would be nice. "My family of 5 enjoyed our 5 night stay here very much. The pools were nice to soak in after a day of hiking, ranging from 80.6 degrees to around 105 I think. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything seemed very clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the mornings before starting our day, and ice from the bar to fill our water bottles. "This is in a gorgeous setting with the Arenal volcano always very visible. The breakfast buffet each morning was tasty. The grounds were well maintained and were quiet in the evenings, which was great for relaxing and sleeping. The restaurant and bar staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the thermal pools but several were empty."

"Beautiful property. Compact but has everything you need. Located a little outside of La Fortuna but has a litttle supermarket, Ann’s several cafe and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Within easy reach of Tabacon, Arenal and La Fortuna Waterfall via car or uber. Perk of the property is the jacuzzi."
