"Everything is closer"

"LOVED this hotel for our family. It is gorgeous and lush. The pool and hot springs were wonderful and we loved having lots of options. The waterslide is crazy fast but lots of fun. Food is a little on the expensive side as you'd probably expect, but lots of great options. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from. There was a sloth in the tree at the bottom of the driveway which was an extra fun surprise. We also saw an iguana, lizards, tons of toucans and other birds. I read reviews that...

"The hotel has very friendly and respectful staff. The location is not good, and the main issue is the poor quality or weak internet signal in the rooms, which becomes a problem when you need to work. They claimed to have electric car charging facilities, but what they actually had was an extension cord that plugs into a standard 110V outlet. The bed is hard and small, and the pillows are of poor quality. The food and service in the restaurant are good."
