"For the most part the resort was amazing and everything I was looking for. The room was spacious and modern. The pool area was beautiful and never too packed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I think the only thing I didnt like was the food and drinks. The food was okay but thats it just okay. The buffet was probably my favorite place to eat. But even the food there was underwhelming at times. And the drinks were very very watered down. We spent a day at the pool getting drink...

"The facilities were nice and kept clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the food. Yes its a buffet, the food is a 6 out of 10. It didnt have a lot of flavor and they served a lot of the same things for all three meals amd everyday. After about three days you are totally burned out. I was only able to eat at the Italian resturant once. It was a very good experience. The food there is gaood. Overall i would stay there again but only for a few days. "

"It was a nice looking property- food was delicious. The room, even though I got ocean view, was very small. No microwave. There was black mold around the toilet wall because of how humid it is. The location was good- walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Wasn’t much night life though- so if you are looking to party don’t come here. Pools close at 9 pm and they didn’t allow my kids to play with the ball."

"Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. They are also very aware of this and have done nothing about it!! The buffet food is ok. Not the best, but not the worst. You will find something. The Italian ala carte restaurant is excellent! Alsoif you don't...
