"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The resort was beautiful, as was the views. I came with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette. We were able to enjoy all the amenities offered. When we first arrived the room I was assigned to was not ready, the hotel staff was super accommodating and assigned us a premium room with ocean views. "Great "bang for your buck"! We were so happy with our big room, nice and clean. We spent one night but had two full days in the hot springs. The breakfast was delicious and the views to the volcano were stunning. We were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again!"

"The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. Thermal pools were nice and spacious"

"This property is excellent ! The beach is amazing and the beach staff is exceptional ! There is excellent snorkeling a short 5 minute walk down the beach! Bring your own Sunscreen!!!!!! I seen 1 can of regular sunscreen for $50 ! Bring your own you will need it."
