"An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano."

"Such a beautiful hotel. I loved sitting at the lido and swimming in the lake everyday of my stay. My husband preferred the garden and pool area which was stunning too. The stuff were so nice and helpful, it is a small hotel so we had very personal service which was super lovely. We will be back 😎"

"Safe and pleasant location, and thank you to the team for being flexible with us at dinner. However, we were disappointed by a few things: being charged for small items like a laundry bag, unstable hot/cold shower water, not being able to open windows or use the balcony because of mosquitoes, and the dining terrace being too hot with no fans. There’s potential here, but the little details matter."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...
