"Clean room, comfortable beds, spacious room for 4 adults, AC worked well for a European hotel during an extreme heat wave. Breakfast had a good variety. Free bus pass provided which was helpful!"

"Property has no air conditioning with summers getting hotter each year, no refrigerator either. Staff were very helpful though. Hotel is not easily accessible if you plan or walking or carrying your luggage yourself."

"The hotels appearance is overwhelming. The views from the terraces is beautiful. The staff is great. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend staying during the summer months and confirming the rooms are heated in the cooler months."

"We loved this spot, with a bus stop right in front of the property. There was easy access back into the city. Plenty of water activities right at the resort with a nice little beach."

"The air conditioner broke in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of the night. We called downstairs but we were only able to partially restore it after a lot of effort and waking everyone in the room up. The hotel obviously does not maintain the property as well as they could. They should not be charging the prices they do for rooms with no air conditioning. When we checked out, the staff don’t even ask us how our stay was. Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were definitely not....

"Great location! We arrived early, at noon, and we were asking to store our luggage til check. Our room was ready and they allowed us to check in early. The location is nestled in the historic district just steps away from the rivers edge, restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there when there was a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. But, two fans were provided that helped."
