"The property was incredibly clean - probably one of the cleanest establishments that I have ever visited. It is pet friendly which is the most important aspect - close to downtown, restaurants, and shops. They offer to watch your luggages prior to check-in or after check-out. "

"The beautiful property with Mountain View’s was a great pick. Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, clean and had beautiful views of the Alps. The restaurant,Pasta and More was excellent and right at the hotel. Great visit."

"The check-in was fast, 5 minutes, even though there was a line. The room was very quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable. Being at the airport for an early morning flight was very convenient."

"The staff at this hotel were so kind, helpful, and customer oriented that I have to give them an excellent review. Well, it is not a fancy hotel, the location is wonderful, and there is a restaurant on site with absolutely delicious food. Any issues that I had even contacting my Airline when there was a problem, the staff was ready to help me. I highly recommend this as a central location without an exorbitant cost."

"The breakfast was great, but I was disappointed that the gym was closed. The hotel is very cozy and clean. The view from the room was stunning. It's a 3-4 minute walk to the train station Ost, very convenient."

"The rooms were clean however the check-in process was a little tedious, especially after traveling. Seems like they would make it a little bit easier.. and the staff seems to be impatient with older people since they are all young. I was having an issue with the check-in process on their little device and they just seem to be a little impatient with me as the gentleman grabbed it and said here let me do it so that didn’t sit well with me, but otherwise, it was just an OK stay"

"Good breakfast, spa was nice, room was nice, though storage for ski stufclothing and luggage was limited. Ski room/lockers were good. Shuttle took us to train station and lifts. Good restaurant for dinner."
