"Clean, warm, close to variety of shops and a 5 min walk to the mall. Staff are friendly and you can check in a bit early too which is good! Only downfall for me is no onsite parking. Parking would have to be Marion street car park and a slight walk uphill other than that excellent accommodation! "

My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. "There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host.
