"We loved every moment at the hotel!
- Staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lisa, Mick And Shalley for making our stay wonderful—will didn’t want to leave. Shout out to Mick for taking the extra steps in setting up a room for me at 11pm. He didn’t know that it was a job interview—he only knew that I had a video call to take. I was hired!
- Food options were great and if not on the menu, they were able to accommodate.
- Room was spacious and pool was perfect way to end...

"室内は清潔に保たれていて、なにも不備はありませんでした。３階の部屋でしたが、蚊が入ってくるので、開けないようにと言われたので開けませんでした。バスルームの設備もなにも不備はありません。快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで満足しています。またシェムリアップに行くときはこちらを利用したいと思います。"

"The.staff and breakfast was grreat.. however I checked into a dirty room. The shower drain was clogged and smells and ran out of shampoo and body wash. Also all the counter tops was very dusty. I asked for another room but I checked in at 11pm so I had to wait until the next day to get another room. I went up stairs to see the pool and it had a like 30 pigeons driimk and hanging out on the side of the pool. It looked dirty. I Would not swim in that pool."

"Excellent location close to Pub Street and restaurants, great breakfast with good options and a nice egg station,the staff are excellent when I checked out early this morning the receptionist offered to make me some breakfast to take on the ride to the airport!!!"

"Please don’t pun drinking water bottles in bathroom as not hygience place.
Please full cover the shower with the glass as the shower overflow and caused the bathroom floor was very wet.
Your king size bed was actually queen size. But it ok as got complimentary extra bed."
