"Lovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition."

"Front desk person was super helpful and even adjusted the time we will be using the space since we arrived earlier than the check-in and didn’t need to stay as late as the check-out time. Bed looked clean and was very convenient for waiting in the airport away from the busy crowds."

"Muchísimas gracias a Luz y Silvia por la atención muy agradecida. Me salvaron con mucha flexibilidad cuando estaba encerrado entre dos puertas, una exterior y la otra interior, por mi culpa de no checar de antemano que la puerta exterior no estaba cerrada con llave. Muy buen lugar, volveré aquí cada vez que vengo a Lima."
