Cari Hotel di Kawasan Callao

"Beware !!!!!! The hotel was excellent. However, the booking was wrong by Expedia and we were not the only ones( and I'm sure this is a daily occurrence)..This is NOT the airport hotel. The airport hotel has the SAME name but they added the word " grand". Thats why they offer a shuttle because everyone standing in that line thought they had finally reached the airport hotel literally across the street, just to find out that their booking is for the same name hotel but for the old closed airport....

"Absolutely great location and nice hotel. A HUGE problem arose right when our stay started. The pull out couch bed had a giant curve shaped like a hammock! We went to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a functioning pull out sofa bed. The front desk said word for word, “none of our pull out sofas are flat.” We were shocked, what is the point of allowing us to book for three if there aren’t enough functioning beds. We were offered a second room for the low price of $250 USD. All...

"Check in was very smooth with great communication. The receptions were waiting and opened the door as I arrived. Room had everything that was required and y able to order food to be delivered from the room. Great stay"

"This is the most unusually experience staying in a place. This is a House, with several rooms to rent. No toilets inside the rooms. No Ac, no fans. Toilet paper on the hallway to share with everybody. Terrible showers. The bed was good and the sheets were clean. The first room that she gave me had NO windows and no fans. I went to the toilet and was dirty so she changed the room. This room was in a 4th floor. The water for the showers was weaker than you can imagine. "

"Dint even get to check in as the front staff was to rude and wanted to fight us on all topics . No real manager to speak of . We then asked for a phone number and name of manager to at least call to get some answers and they refused . Hotel not in good shape and not as advertised. Shaddy location and staff. I would not recommend booking or staying here . Even refused my refund for the stay . Luckily expedia did back us up and refunded us with there credit system . Good enough I guess... thanks...

"It was clean. Breakfast was brought up to the room in the morning. Close to restraunts and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe place to stay. "

"The Apartment was beautiful, incredible view, the service was great always checking in on me to see how everything was going if I needed anything as well..felt very safe security out front verifying… when you came in and out greeted you… I loved that no complaints would definitely stay there… highly recommend "

"The host was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean and the water in the shower got hot which was rare in Peru in my experience. Plenty of room for four people. The rooms face the ocean which is nice but also a main street so it is very loud and very bright. Needs black out curtains. Taxi driver advised neighborhood is not safe at night so we didn't go out. "

"This property had a lovely view overlooking the ocean, but was also on a very busy road and in an area that felt a bit run down compared to areas like Miraflores. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here as they were very responsive with messaging via Whatsapp and the apartment is very nice, especially for the price!"
