"The check-in process was very slow and we had to wait much longer than we were promised before the room was ready. Access to the property was tedious as there was one guard checking every vehicle and manually opening and closing the door for each vehicle. When we decided to get off the Uber to access the property, the guard insisted that we can only access the property with the car. This was redicylous."

"Basic airport hotel. We used to fill the gap between downtown noon checkout and our midnight flight. Rooms are renovated and clean, no complaints. Had a snack in the restaurant and it was ok, too. Shuttle to airport was very handy - took all the stress out of that part of our trip."

"For breakfast everyday was egg and franks. The room while beautiful was very dusty which I had complained about and no one came to clean the room. The cleaners cleaned my room and didn’t change the sheets stating it’s changed every 2 days. Hated this hotel. Food HORRIBLE. I do not recommend "

"Good location but wasn't blown away considering the prices charged No where to have a snack on check in, no turndown service, not informed breakfast wasn't included and would not say the price was worth it. Check out very functional and no one thanked us or asked us how our stay was. Overall it was ok but wouldn't go back"
