"Very nice hotel"

"Such a wonderful experience for our family! We had such a fun time at all the different pools and recreation centers. The villa had a stackable washer/dryer, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and other useful kitchen appliances. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again!"

"I did not like the rooms every thing is very old. The bed is not good, the towels are very small and thin. We got there at night there were homeless in property they look like they where selling drugs. Some people act like they live there it was weird. I will never stay there again."

"I was not told about the parking fee it’s not that I wouldn’t have paid for it but I was told the the hold on my card was for incidentals however it was for parking"

"The floors/carpet are outdated and a little dirty from all the traffic. But otherwise clean, breakfast was great, kids loved the pool, and staff very friendly."

"The property was amazing. The seals are adorable. The restaurant had great food in both dockside and the pizza. It was amazing to sit on the private beach in great chairs and table. The pool area great. The location could not be more perfect. Mission beach steps away and close. Perfect stay."

"This hotel is exactly as advertised. The room was clean, excellent staff, pool was heated, and the restaurant staff and food are excellent. The treadmill in the gym didn’t work, but that’s common in a lot of hotels. It would be better if breakfast was included and a microwave in the room."
