"Too rude"

"The castle king room was spacious and clean. Though highway noise could be heard, the sound of the AC running helped drown it out and honestly was so tired from Disney that the noise didn’t bother us at all. Staff was very friendly. A bit tricky having to wait til 6:30 for coffee at the deli downstairs when you’re a rope dropper and need to get out the door early, but it worked out! I’d recommend it."

"I liked that it was easy to access off the fwy & that it was close to a lot of attractions. What I didn't like was that we were in the middle of a busy part of the city & lighting in the bathroom was dim. It was a very nice & modern bathroom, but if you're used to putting on your makeup & doing your hair in the bathroom, I hope you have good eyesight."

"Our room was on the 10th floor. The view was great. The room was FREEZING! Despite turning up the temperature. The windows seem to be the original ones from the building bc, insulation? Who is she? Never met her. We could hear EVERY noise from the streets AND the rooftop. The bed was lumpy, and not very comfortable. The bathroom was tidy, and the shower?! I’d stay there again JUST for the shower. That water pressure felt like a massage on my skin. Staff was friendly and attentive. The bar...

"Make sure to check your reservation. You pay a parking fee per night to park your car there and then my towels in the room were stained. There could be some improvements inside the rooms but the grounds themselves were beautiful! The staff was helpful and the best part was the location! Well located and close to the marine base for graduations! "
