"I had one of the best breakfast entrees, and unusual. Besides being very healthy and satisfying, it had a delicious crunch and taste so the cost was justified."

"We had a nice stay but a couple things could be improved. I always appreciate having complimentary coffee at hotels, but each morning I had to pay $5 per cup each morning and the option for making your own coffee in the room was very limited. There should also be a microwave in each room. The restaurants that were on site were wonderful and served good meals. "

"Make sure to pack ear plugs! I've stayed there before but forgot how loud the it is there. It sounds like the windows are wide open! They should provide ear plugs, but they don't, so make sure you do! Its in a location that is close to a lot of great places, but it is the city, so its a but sketch at night. "So from what I was told, you want to make sure to get a room in the number 2 tower. We were in building 4 and it felt crammed and outdated. The room was hot and smelled badly of sweat/water damage? Honestly, I have no clue what the smell was but it wasn’t pleasant😑 The one positive thing I have to say about my experience is that we were located right next to the water park and my kids loved that! "The breakfast is okay. Lots of options, waffles are amazing. The amenities are great for kids and adult's. We had to utilize the laundry facility, (dryers do not dry very well.) And the gym was nice. My only complaint about this hotel is the parking. The spaces are so narro. It is very difficult to park while also keeping in mind that you might have passengers I need to get out and the cars in between you also need to utilize their own doors"

"I contacted the hotel a few days before our stay. We were getting off a cruise ship, in the morning, and inquired about an early check in. The response was "yes, as long as we have rooms available, you can check in early". No mention of the $75 fee for early check in (11 AM). It was either pay it, or sit in their lobby for 5 hours with all our luggage. We checked out 6 hours early, at 5 AM, because we had an early flight. How about giving me my $75 back. We used the room for less time then...
