"The resort is very family friendly and the pools are great. Our room was also spacious and comfortable, but we had quite a few cockroaches and the wifi was hit and miss. The person staying next to us would also smoke right outside our window which wasn't great."

"Communication and check in was seamless.
Rooms were clean, however some kitchen items had still some food residue on it.
Pool area is great, we didn't get to enjoy it due to the colder weather.
The buildings and apartment look a bit tired. For what I payed, I expected a higher standard."

"All around excellence. Great view of the bay. Short walk to the boardwalk. Easy walk to the pier. Breakfast was great. The staff is just the best. We felt welcomed by everyone and were well taken care of. I recommend the Riley to anyone coming to Cairns."

"Very average standard - room was plain and awful and although we were ‘upgraded’ we looked into a wall and road. Nowhere to sit near the pool that seemed to be hosting a number of parties. Overall just disappointing - glad we were only there one night - I can’t imagine having a holiday there."
