"I brought my dog. When I asked the front desk clerk about dog "potty" areas on the property, he didn't know of anything specific. He said anywhere is okay. I thought this odd. I chose areas on the property that were not close to the main entrance."

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Did not appear to be any beverages in the cooler. When we got to our room, the room beside us had an eviction notice. "Llegamos a las 3.30 y aunque el check-in es a las 3pm la habitación no estaba limpia, e igual cuando nos la entregaron la alfombra tenía suciedad. La limpieza se hace de día por medio sin embargo en nuestra estadía les tocaba llegar un día y no lo hicieron. El desayuno con poca variedad. "

"Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall. "

"No hot water and not super friendly when i inquired about it. I chimmed in when a staff member was commenting on the complaints of no hot water anf oyher things so i thought i should just let thrm know i was one as well. Other then that it was fine"

"The room was ok. But our stay was uncomfortable. We heard the couple in the room next ours making LOUD noises (s_x) at night. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved to another room. When I let the manager Terry, know what we experienced, she very rude and nasty. Never staying there again. And it’s not because what the couple and their noises, it more so of the manager and how rude she was. And the police was there with tactical shields. SMH. Not sure what happened with that."
