"The pictures were very misleading. The hotel is awful. The carpet was sticky when walking on it barefoot. The hallways on the first floor had no ceilings. The staff was not helpful at all and scolded us and our children for everything. I leaned against a table and from across the lobby the staff yelled at me to sit on a chair. My son and his teammates were talking and laughing in the hallway and got yelled at, another hotel guest said she witnessed it all and they weren’t doing anything wrong,...

"My only complaint is the pool it was disgusting looked moldy my kids were looking forward to get in but once they saw the pool we were all disgusted & went back into the room which was nice & clean"

"Thos is not what I evleyftom the pictures or the reviews. The place was run down and half of it appears to be full-time renters. The halls and stairwells have rugs that are caked in filth. It says not smoking or pot smoking but the halls and rooms stink of cigarettes and people smoke pot constantly indoors so it smells in the halls and your room after you open the door. It was a terrible experience having an infant. There are no premium TV channels as posted. We got 4 channels total and...

"Unfortunately, the hotel made it incredibly difficult to change our stay. We also waited a while to get into our room, even though we showed up after the noted check-in time. The room was a little dirty and the couch needed to be replaced. The breakfast was the highlight with better-than-usual options, and the attendant was fantastic. "

"Water is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot in the tub. No walk in showers. No handicap rooms. No coffee pot or microwave in the room. Beds very high to get into without having to step onto something. Breakfast is all carbs. No fruit it’s all breads and cereals and waffles. Didn’t even eat at hotel. Ceiling paint chipping off in the room. Would not recommend "
