"The food was good with generous portions. Five meals were served--breakfast, morning snack, lunch, tea with goodies, and dinner. Wine flowed generously as did lemonade and water. The entertainment by the gauchos was very nice--singing, guitar, accordion and drum. They also showed the dress of the gaucho and the coverings of their horse in addition to a tournament of games they play on the horse. "Room was okay for someone spending the night between flights. Free shuttle was good and hotel was very helpful with that. There are no elevators. We heard lobby noise all night long. Voices really carried up the stairs. There is a lot of traffic noise also. Breakfast was okay. They did make eggs to order which was nice. Wifi was good. Overall you’re paying for the convenience of being close to the airport. We stayed in nicer hotels in Buenos Aires and Santiago on this trip for $100 less."

"Es un hotel para familia, donde los padres priorizan más las actividades para los niños que la calidad de las habitaciones. En términos generales, está OK, pero no acorde al precio por noche. Las áreas comunes no están limpias, la piscina principal tiene moho en las orillas, el mantenimiento general necesita mejorar. Definitivamente es una opción para familias, pero nosotros no volveríamos. "
