"On arrival, staff were informative and helpful. Room was extremly small (as expected) but fine for 1 night. Plenty of dust but its because everything is black so even if you have just cleaned, it looks dusty. Drinks and pool area nice, not the cheapest but acceptable. Food in thai was nice and didnt have to wait very long. Room and various areas of the hotel are in need of fixing (cracked mirrors, sinks etc) the property design is so high mai tence its almost impossible to keep this interior...

"Huge rooms for Europe- in fact we booked 3 rooms and prob only needed two. Great breakfast and unexpected treat of executive club access/happy hour/free food."

"The room was pretty standard which we expected, but no fridge or hairdryer. The shower had a constant drip, the bathroom had an odour. The basin had a crack in it and when the room was cleaned the used mugs were not changed but rinsed out as there stains from previous use."

"The room i got was the smallest room and the staff guy lied to my face saying it was the biggest room in the hotel. I know because i booked another room and found out that was bigger than what i had originally. The AC kept getting locked and i had to run down to reception every couple hours to get it unlocked. "Staff excellent and so helpful. They provided a stress free experience as i was travelling alone with my grandson. Excellent value for money and in a perfect spot for visiting Windsor Castle. Fabulous air conditioning which was needed. Excellent high pressure shower with a larger than averagr cubicle. Refreshing to have so many places to sit and relax thanks to sofas and chairs. "It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it.
